Field sales software pricing in 2026: the short answer
Published per-seat list prices run from $16.67 (RepMove Flex, annual) to $229 (Leadbeam Pro, monthly). The common band is $58 to $99: Badger Maps $58, SalesRabbit $59, Leadbeam $59 annual, Map My Customers $99. Route4Me does not price per seat: $199 to $349 per month flat. SPOTIO and GeoMapper publish nothing.
The list price is the least useful number here. Map My Customers advertises $99 and requires three seats, so its smallest order is $297 per month. SPOTIO publishes no figure but does publish "Minimum team size: 5+ field sales professionals". SalesRabbit's seat is $59 and its four add-ons are $13 to $31 per user per month each, on top.
Where this comes from, and what it is not
Every figure was read on the vendor's own pricing page and quoted verbatim with the date, between 18 and 29 July 2026, plus GeoMapper on 2 August 2026. The two price histories come from archived copies of those same pages. Nothing is characterised from memory, and where two of a vendor's own sources disagree the claim is dropped rather than averaged. We build Lead Mapper, a competitor, which is why that rule exists and why we leave ourselves out of the charts. The narrative version of the same field sits in our field sales software comparison.
Field sales software pricing at a glance: every published number
Every plan we could read, in the vendor's own words. Where a vendor prints two figures for one plan both are shown: the gap between them is a cost decision, not a rounding difference.

What the category publishes, and what it leaves out
Before comparing two prices, a duller question: how much of this market publishes a price at all? We scored the eight tools against six things a buyer needs in order to budget, counting only what the vendor prints on its own page.
Twenty-three of forty-eight, and the missing half is not random. Everyone advertises the seat price, because the seat price is the marketing number. Almost nobody advertises the seat minimum or the add-on line, the two things that move a budget by hundreds of dollars a month. That is the reason this index exists. Below: each vendor in its own words, the two price histories that can be proved, then the arithmetic that turns a list price into a first invoice.
Badger Maps: $58 Business, $95 Enterprise
Badger prints four figures. Business is "$ 58 /mo" with "Per user, billed annually" and "$69 /mo billed monthly"; Enterprise is "$ 95 /mo" annual and "$109 /mo billed monthly" (badgermapping.com/pricing, read 18 July 2026). Two-way CRM sync sits in the lower tier: "Standard CRM integration: 2-way, native, real time".
Two constraints belong in the budget rather than the feature list. Records are capped per licence, "Up to 2,000 records/accounts per license" on Business and "Up to 10,000" on Enterprise, and routes are capped at a stated ceiling: "up to 120 stops" (badgermapping.com/features, 18 July 2026). Badger is also the only vendor here advertising "90-day money-back guarantee - no questions asked". Full breakdown on our Badger Maps pricing page; the head-to-head is Lead Mapper vs Badger Maps.
SalesRabbit: $59 Team, $49 to $75 Pro, and four add-ons on top
SalesRabbit is the only vendor here that publishes its add-on prices, which makes it the only one where the gap between sticker and stack can be measured rather than guessed. The seat: "$59 USD Per user per month" on Team, "$75 $49 USD Per user per month" on Pro, "Contact Us for Enterprise Pricing" above that, and a free "SalesRabbit Lite" for individuals (salesrabbit.com/pricing, read 29 July 2026). The $49 requires annual billing; month to month the same plan is $75.
Then the add-ons, verbatim: "DataGrid AI: $19 billed annually per user/month, $26 billed quarterly, $31 billed monthly". Weather is priced identically; Mover Leads and Digital Contracts are $13 annual or $20 monthly. A roofing crew wanting DataGrid plus Weather plus Digital Contracts on a monthly Team seat is at $59 plus $31 plus $31 plus $20, which is $141 per user per month against an advertised $59. That is not a criticism of the product, it is the arithmetic the pricing page invites. Their Team plan is also one of only two paid tiers in this index carrying a self-checkout button rather than a demo booking: it reads "Checkout Now". Detail on our SalesRabbit pricing page.
Map My Customers: $99, and the three-seat minimum that triples it
Map My Customers publishes "$99 /user/mo paid annually" on Industry Leader, $139 on Enterprise and $199 on Exec HQ, with "Plans are based on a 12-month commitment" and no monthly option (mapmycustomers.com/pricing, read 19 July 2026). It is the only vendor here publishing its seat minimums as clearly as its prices: three users, ten, thirty-five.
Clearly, and easy to skim past. Three users at $99 is a minimum order of $297 per month on a twelve-month commitment, $3,564 before anyone has driven anywhere. For a two-person territory team the advertised $99 is not available at any price.
Leadbeam: $59 to $229 per rep, and no way to buy it yourself
Leadbeam publishes the widest monthly-to-annual spread here. Starter is "89 USD /Rep/Month" monthly and "59 USD /Rep/Month" annually, Pro "229 USD /Rep/Month" and "149 USD /Rep/Month", Enterprise "Volume pricing, Talk to sales" (leadbeam.ai/pricing, read 29 July 2026). Their own toggle labels the gap: "Monthly / Yearly, 35% discount".
The structure matters more than the numbers: every button on that page reads "Book a demo" or "Talk to sales", and no free trial is offered. Leadbeam's Pro monthly rate of $229 per rep is the highest published per-seat figure in this index, roughly 3.9 times Badger's Business tier. Their review profile is also the strongest in the field, G2 4.8 across 82 reviews with nothing below four stars (read 20 July 2026), so the price reads as positioning rather than a quality gap.
RepMove: $16.67 Flex, $54 Sales Pro, $80 Accelerate
The floor of the category. RepMove publishes "$16.67 user / month" annual and "$19.99" monthly on Flex, "For individual users"; Sales Pro at $54 annual and $59.99 monthly "For up to 10 users"; Accelerate at $80 and $87.99 "For 11+ users" with "10,000+ records" (repmove.app/pricing, read 19 July 2026). There is a "7-day free trial".
Two cautions. Their pricing page shows no named free plan, only a "Get Started Free" button, so we do not repeat the free-tier claim in older listicles. And RepMove is not a bare route planner: their App Store listing advertises "AI NOTE TAKER & FOLLOW-UPS", "AI routes" and "SCAN BUSINESS CARDS" (read 26 July 2026). Their review base is the thinnest here, 17 G2 reviews and 62 App Store ratings, worth knowing when a 4.9 average is quoted at you.
Route4Me: $199 to $349 per month, priced per account
Route4Me is the one tool here that does not price per seat. Its tiers are flat monthly fees: "$199/month" for Route Optimization, "$299/month" for Business, "$349/month" for Enterprise, with a "7 Day Unlimited Trial" and "No Credit Card" (route4me.com/pricing, read 19 July 2026). Their page marks many capabilities "Paid Add-On" without a figure, which is why their add-on cell above is blank.
Whether it belongs in a field sales budget at all is a separate question from price. Of seventeen integrations verified on their G2 profile the named ones are telematics and fleet systems, "Verizon Connect, Geotab, Samsara, Azuga", with no Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive among them (read 27 July 2026), and across 100 Capterra reviews we read the reviewer roles are almost entirely logistics, dispatch and driving. Set out at length on our Route4Me pricing page and in the wider sales routing software guide.
SPOTIO and GeoMapper: the two that publish no price
SPOTIO's pricing page carries no figure. What it does carry, verbatim: "Pricing is user-based. View add-ons below for additional benefits.", "We don't offer a free trial, but we provide comprehensive demos", "Minimum team size: 5+ field sales professionals", and "less than four weeks" for implementation (spotio.com/pricing, read 19 July 2026). Three of those four are budget facts without a number: you cannot try it, you cannot buy fewer than five seats, and you should plan a month before anyone sells with it. G2's own value module puts time to implement at one month, matching their page. Our full reading is on the SPOTIO pricing page.
GeoMapper has no pricing page at all; geomapper.io/pricing returns a 404. Its site states "For now we are not taking on any new customers." Archived snapshots put that notice up by 9 November 2025, and it stood unchanged on 2 August 2026, roughly nine months. We claim no shutdown date, purchase price or acquisition date, because no source supports one. For HubSpot teams facing the gap that leaves, we wrote the GeoMapper alternative page.
The two price histories that can actually be proved
Vendors rarely announce price rises and comparison sites almost never keep receipts. Two histories here can be reconstructed from archived copies of the vendors' own pricing pages, so those are the two we publish. For the other six, archived pages either do not exist or render prices in JavaScript the archive did not capture. That is a gap in the record, and we say so rather than fill it.
The second history is shorter and sharper. The archived Map My Customers page of 15 January 2026 lists "Road Warrior Personal Plan, 1 User, Starting at $ 55 /Month paid annually", a "Mid-Market Sales Team Plan, Up to 25 Users, Starting at $ 79", Industry Leader at $99 and Enterprise at $129. On the live page in July 2026 the single-user and mid-market tiers are gone, Industry Leader is the entry point at $99 with a three-user minimum, Enterprise is $139, and a new Exec HQ tier sits at $199 with a thirty-five-user minimum. Read as a per-seat story that is $55 to $99. Read as a buying story it is something else, and that is what the last chart measures.
Seat minimums: the number that moves the bill
Take each vendor's cheapest published plan, multiply by the smallest number of seats it will sell, and you have the first invoice. It is trivial arithmetic that almost no comparison page performs, and it reorders the field.
Two things fall out of it. Route4Me's flat $199 is the best or the worst value here depending entirely on headcount: at twenty drivers it is $10 a head, at two it is $100. And the two vendors with the most demanding minimums are also the two whose review profiles carry the most contract complaints. All three one-star Map My Customers reviews on G2 concern billing or refunds rather than features, spread across November 2018, March 2019 and September 2021, and SPOTIO's contract complaints run through 2017, 2019, 2021, 2024 and January 2026. A twelve-month commitment with a seat floor and no trial is the structure that produces those reviews.
How to read a field sales software pricing page
The index is only useful if it changes what you look for. Five questions, in the order they cost you money:
- What is the smallest order, not the smallest price? Multiply the advertised seat by the seat minimum before comparing anything. That step alone moves Map My Customers from the middle of the field to the top.
- Which advertised number needs an annual commitment? Leadbeam's toggle says "35% discount", SalesRabbit's Pro is $49 annual against $75 monthly, and Map My Customers publishes no monthly option. The headline is almost always the annual rate.
- What is sold separately? Only SalesRabbit publishes the answer, at $13 to $31 per user per month per add-on. For the rest you have to ask, and the answer belongs in writing before you sign.
- What are the caps? Badger publishes "Up to 2,000 records/accounts per license" on Business and a 120-stop route ceiling. A cap you outgrow in month four is a tier upgrade you did not budget.
- Can you leave? Trial without a card, month-to-month billing and self-serve cancellation are worth more than a discount, and they are the terms this category's contract complaints cluster around.
Field sales software pricing compared with Lead Mapper
We build Lead Mapper, so treat our row as an interested party's disclosure rather than a finding. It is here because a price index that omits its publisher's own price is worth less than one that includes it.
| Tool | Entry price | Smallest order | Add-ons | Try before buying |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lead Mapper | $27, AI tier $47 | $27, no minimum | None | Free trial, no card, no call |
| RepMove | $16.67 annual | $16.67 | None published | 7-day free trial |
| Badger Maps | $58 annual | $58 | None published | 14-day trial, no card for 7 |
| SalesRabbit | $59 monthly | $59 | $13 to $31 each | Free Lite tier, self-checkout |
| Leadbeam | $59 annual, $89 monthly | $59 | None published | Demo only |
| Map My Customers | $99 annual | $297 | None published | Demo only, 12-month term |
| Route4Me | $199 flat | $199 | "Paid Add-On", no figure | 7-day trial, no card |
| SPOTIO | Not published | 5 seats, price unknown | Listed, not priced | "We don't offer a free trial" |
Competitor figures verbatim from each vendor's pricing page, read 18 to 29 July 2026. Routing, territories and prospecting are included in the $27 rather than sold on top; what that covers is set out under sales routing software, sales territory mapping and prospecting.
What this field sales software pricing index does not tell you
A published price is not the price you will pay. Every vendor here with a demo-gated plan negotiates, and none publish what they settle at. This index records list prices, the only layer that can be sourced.
A blank cell is a statement about a page, not a product. Where a vendor does not publish add-on prices, we record that they do not publish them. We never infer that no add-ons exist, nor that a capability is missing because a pricing page omits it. All eight tools have routing, territory features and AI capabilities of some kind, by their own documentation.
Two histories is not a trend, and we are a competitor. Badger and Map My Customers are the only vendors whose past pricing pages are legible in web archives, so any claim about the whole category getting more expensive would rest on a sample of two. Competing with all eight is also why every figure here is a quotation with a date rather than a characterisation: if one is wrong, it is wrong because their page changed after we read it, and the fix is a re-read.
Every figure here has a shelf life. Each vendor's live pricing page is rechecked monthly and re-dated when it moves, with both figures and both dates kept the way the two histories above are kept. If you cite a number from this page, cite the date beside it: the date is what makes it a fact.
FAQ
How much does field sales software cost per user per month?
Published per-seat list prices here run from $16.67 to $229: RepMove Flex $16.67 annually, Lead Mapper $27, Badger Maps Business $58, SalesRabbit Team $59, Leadbeam Starter $59 annually, Map My Customers $99, Leadbeam Pro $229 monthly. Route4Me prices flat per account at $199 to $349 per month, and SPOTIO publishes no price. All read between 18 and 29 July 2026.
Which field sales tools publish their prices?
Six of eight: Badger Maps, SalesRabbit, Map My Customers, Leadbeam, RepMove and Route4Me. SPOTIO's page reads "Pricing is user-based." with no figure. GeoMapper has no pricing page; geomapper.io/pricing returns a 404.
What is the cheapest field sales software?
By published per-seat price, RepMove's Flex tier at $16.67 billed annually, then Lead Mapper at $27. By smallest possible order the ranking shifts wherever a seat minimum applies: Map My Customers advertises $99 but will not sell fewer than three seats, so its smallest order is $297 per month.
Which field sales tools let you start without talking to sales?
Badger Maps advertises a "14-day free trial for individual users" with "No Credit Card Required For 7 Days", Route4Me a "7 Day Unlimited Trial" with "No Credit Card", RepMove a "7-day free trial", and SalesRabbit's Team tier carries a "Checkout Now" button plus a free Lite tier. SPOTIO states "We don't offer a free trial", and every Leadbeam and Map My Customers plan routes through a demo.
Has field sales software got more expensive since 2020?
For the one vendor with a legible six-year record, yes, by 18 percent: Badger Maps' Business tier was "$ 49 per user/month billed annually" in January 2020 and June 2022 and "$ 58" in March 2024 and July 2026, while Enterprise held at $95. That is one vendor, not a category.
What do field sales software add-ons cost?
Only SalesRabbit publishes figures: "DataGrid AI: $19 billed annually per user/month, $26 billed quarterly, $31 billed monthly", Weather at the same rate, Mover Leads and Digital Contracts at $13 annually or $20 monthly. Route4Me marks features "Paid Add-On" without a figure. The others publish nothing, a gap in the record rather than evidence that no add-ons exist.
One price, no minimum, no add-on table.
Lead Mapper is $27 per user per month with routing, territories and prospecting included. Free trial, no credit card, no demo call, cancel anytime.
